0:19.0	how you got started and where we are right now?
0:22.0	So Laura Muse, I'm based in Sheffield.
0:24.0	I have fabulous holidaylets in the paint district.
0:27.0	I got to be hospitality by accident.
0:31.0	As I know a lot of people do.
0:33.8	We're property investors and developers
0:35.5	and we have been for the past nine years.
0:37.2	And then after the C word COVID,
0:40.9	as a young family with dogs, children, we just really struggled to find somewhere that had a five-star luxury feel.
0:48.0	We always had to compromise on some kind of amenity because we've got dogs or kids.
0:52.0	So we thought, thought well we're in
0:53.8	property seeing this massive mansion let's go buy it and turn it into a holiday
0:58.2	letter and underestimated the hospitality side of it so So it's been an interesting roller coaster.
1:05.6	So when did you purchase and where are we right now?
1:09.6	We purchased. We got the keys for Foxlow Grange that we're sat in in January
1:14.7	2022 and then we've got our second one June 22 and what are we now 24 January 24?
1:22.8	So two years later?
1:24.1	Yeah.
