Now, the US-Israeli war in Iran is illegal in a not subtle way.

It's loud and proud illegality, which even conservative-type commentators have come out and said,

because it's just so brazen.

However, the way this has been framed by much of the media is completely wrong.

The Western media, when these sorts of wars were denicides or perpetrated by Western

states and Western allies, they play a certain role and it is not a good one.

And they have obviously legitimized hideous and criminal acts throughout history, and they're

doing so today. And what we need to talk about actually is accuracy. What's actually the truth?

You know, what does the law actually say, how it's being completely misconstrued? What does the collapse

of this supposed rules-based order, whatever

the rules-based order is? We'll discuss that. There's no better person to discuss that with

than DeLockta. Dr Alonzo Gimendi, who's LSE fellow human rights, who many of you will recognize

from, well, for start, the interviews, brilliant interviews he did throughout Israel's genocide against the Palestinian people.
