Summary

Too many children are launching from Christian homes and denouncing their faith. If the normal rhythms of Christian parenting aren’t working, then why? The Tolpins believe part of it is; if the heart behind the Spiritual things parents do with and for their families isn’t right, then it may not be having the effect they hope. If we feel a need to do something spiritual, is it only out of duty as a parent, or our love for God? Is it checking off a box, or is it a deep desire to draw closer to the Lord and encourage our family to do so as well? What will the perception of your children be about your spiritual leadership as they get older by what they lived out in your home? Yes, take your family to church, but cultivating a culture in your home where people experience God is a whole different thing. All show notes, scripture references, and resources mentioned are found at BeCourageousMinistry.org
