Chapter 38, verse 1. Now, Bezalel made the arc. He overlaid it with pure gold inside and out. He cast for it four golden rings, two rings on one side and two on the

other. Wide enough for the poles with which to carry it. He also made the mercy seat.

He made the cover above the arc of pure gold

and two cherubim of pure gold,

a cherub at one end of the mercy seat and one at the other end,

spreading out their wings above the mercy seat.

Then he made the table of offeratory of pure gold and cast were in four rings, two on one side

and two on the other, wide enough for the poles with which to carry it. Then he made the poles of the

ark and the table and gilded them with gold. He also made the utensils of the table, the dishes, the

sensors, the cups, and the pitchers for pouring drink-off rings of gold. So remember, all these

things, pieces of furniture and the tabernacle are going to have these gold rings on the side.

They slide pulls through them. That's because this all has to be mobile. When they move from

place to place, they have to take the whole tabernacle down, move on, set it up again.
