Verse 13, remember Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, your servants,

whom you swore by yourself and said to them, I will greatly multiply your seed as the stars of heaven

for multitude. And all this land I spoke about to give their seed they shall inherit under the ages.

So the Lord granted mercy for the harm he said he would do to his people.

Okay, so he reminds him also, like, wherever these promises, right?

Verse 15, then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the

testimony in his hands. They were stone tablets written on both sides, on one side and on the other.

We already mentioned that these are two copies of the same thing.

But if you did accept that, the fact that they're written on both sides kind of messes up

the typical, well, there's four written on this one one and there's six commandments written on this one

this also isn't the ten commandments right I was back in chapter 20 now the tablets were the

work of God and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets when Joshua

therefore heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said to Moses,

there is a noise of war in the camp. So again, we mentioned, this is an orgy happening, right?

And it's not a sedate one. Joshua meets up with Moses, doesn't know what's going on down there,

didn't hear from God what's going on down there,

he hears the noise and thinks, the camp's under attack. There's so much noise and yelling and

things, I won't get more descriptive, going on from down in the camp. But Moses said,
