In a way, the Lord says, you're not going to put a name on me that's going to keep me in a box.

And this is very similar to Exodus 3319, where the Lord says, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy.

And I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

And so the assertion of the Lord's name is like an assertion.

I am the one who is.

I'm the one who is in control.
