Verse 11, but Moses said to God,

who am I to go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt,

to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt?

So he says, oh, little old me?

Right?

Now you may say, and later in the Torah it's going to say

that Moses was the most humble man on earth.

Which is interesting when you consider Moses writing that himself.

But as we're going to see as this exchange continues, this isn't just humility.

Right? This isn't just humility. This isn't just humility this isn't just like oh gosh little

old me i'm here i'm a shepherd you know i don't know nothing about delivering no people from egypt

um right right and this is not this is not the pattern for later prophets, right, other than maybe Jonah.

Right. Normally, right, there's this pattern in the prophets. In Hebrew, it's, it's Kum Lake, right?

God said, which means rise, go.

Right.

God comes in and says, rise, go here.

Right.

And then the next sentence is, and so, fill in the prophet's name, rose and went.

Right.
