Thanks for coming. Thank you so much, Richard. I'm so excited to be here. So tell me a bit about your background and your work today as a business broker. It doesn't seem like, you know, no offense,, but like a very prestigious profession that people are dying to get into. But what do I know?

Just ask you. I would say that that is true. My impression of business brokers since I got into

this world was that it was really easy to stand out by providing good customer service and

being honest with people, which is a pretty low bar, I think. Yeah. And not always. So what was your opinion of being of business brokers before you became one? Well, how I got to this is really weird. So real quick, coming out of college, I worked in restaurants, food and beverage. I opened a restaurant. And I moved to San Diego. I wanted to switch to hotels. And so I got my

foot in the door with Omni hotels. And I speed seven years working my way up the hotel. And by the end of it,

I was working in finance. I was working on my MBA at night. And I realized that I didn't want to be a

manager ever again. I wanted to be an older. And so I went and worked with this guy who had a startup where he was flipping boutique hotels in San Diego. And so I was running hotels and he was teaching me the transactional side of it. And that was really fun, cool, and we did really well. But it was, it was killing me. And I was recently married and we wanted to start a family.

And right at that time, we got, my wife and I got offered the opportunity to buy our favorite
