Summary

β€œI’ll sleep when I die.” This statement has been said by thousands of hard working people. Unfortunately, it’s a terrible mindset to have because sleep is the single most important activity for our body and mind. The reason most people wake up unrested is because the quality of their sleep is poor. Poor sleep quality comes from a number of things, but the most important reason rarely ever gets discussed. That reason is the amount of stress and anxiety that does not get released from our minds right before we fall asleep. This is the most powerful technique I have ever used to detox my mind and soul right before sleeping. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Email us: MMMpodcastseries@gmail.com β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” KARMA Jack Mid-Roll Ad: (start time 5:02) Consultation Link - https://www.karmajack.com/?utm_source=Adam%20Ranville&utm_medium=Podcast&utm_campaign=Free%20Marketing%20Evaluation β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

Today I want to talk about sleep. Now not sleep in the traditional sense of how you sleep, where you sleep, when you sleep,

1:19.5

but a specific activity that should be done before you sleep to acquire quality sleep.

1:27.4

And I say that because what I found out through my study, through my investigation, is that sleep helps the body recover six to seven times

1:37.1

more than it does when you're awake and in some cases depending on the layer of sleep, the duration of sleep, the darkness when you sleep,

1:45.8

it can help it recover even more than six to seven times, but on a traditional average,

1:49.5

it is six to seven times more powerful for the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental recovery

1:55.8

of your body when you are asleep versus when you are awake.
