For this week's clinical file, we have Kyle, and Kyle is reviewing medical records for a patient who was recently discharged

from cardiac rehab phase one. The discharge note mentions that the exercise tolerance test,

also known as ETT, was terminated prematurely.

Which of the following would be an absolute indication to terminate the test?

So we have A, 2 out of 4 on the angina scale at 70% of the max heart rate.

B, ST segment depression of 2 millimeters.

C, change in systolic blood pressure from 146 over 88 to 130 over 90 with profuse sweating.

And D is patient expressed moderate levels of fatigue throughout test.
