Hey guys, it's Gary Vay, Nerd Chuck, and this is the GaryVe audio experience.

So I'm sitting here on the plane in Ghana headed back to New York City.

And for everybody listening on the podcast, I'm sure this is not the best quality audio that we'll put out this year.

But it may be the best piece of content.

And so this is why I'm so excited about the podcast.

I'm at these moments of energy or excitement and derox not around.

I can just go to the memo and app in my phone and just go and fuck it and pour it out of my heart or brain or wherever and how it's coming from.

And what I want to title this is what's the ROI of a smile?

This trip to Ghana, the pencil of the promise is incredible.

And I've always been thankful for a really good perspective coming from humble beginnings.

I've always helped me with that huge advantage, great clearance, great circumstances.

But obviously going to Ghana and going into the deep villages, we're just getting a different visual, a different perspective.

And just very grateful for this amazingly gorgeous and generous and loving country.

And the time I had here, I found that I run it that the plan of the apps show launched while I'm here, just very different worlds.

You know, and I love that contradiction.

I love pulling from those opposite sides.

Anyway, enough of that while we're here, we're here because of my favorite part of this trip to Ghana.

The thing that stands out most above and beyond the incredible luxury so many of us have that we take with you and advantage of taking for granted.

And excuse me, above and beyond the warmth and generosity of the people, the beauty and amazingness of this phenomenal country.

Above all that, something very simple, penetrated me.

Above and beyond the quality of time I had with kind of my family members and the media, there's one thing that really stood out.

And that was the fact that I live a life where I make a lot of eye contact.
