So the way that this is going to work is I'll open it up with a few directed questions

for you, Gary, and then after about 15 minutes or whenever we get really bored, we're going

to move into the audience using the crowd mic.

Did you just say that I was going to be boring in the first 15 minutes?

So then after we get bored with my questions, we're going to move on to audience questions.

But I'm glad that you brought that up because I think that by inviting you here, especially

to kick off, this is kind of where we stop being polite and we start getting real, right?

And my first question for you is kind of a generic question, but the question is how powerful

is the combination of purpose and innovation?

And I'm asking this because I think that we need to hold ourselves accountable.
