Good? Yeah. All right. So we're talking to Seacox Offensive Line Coach John Benton.

First of all, how's Seattle treat you? I'm really liking Seattle. I've been around the

countries a lot of coaches have. Never really spend any time other than to come here and play,

but I really like Seattle quite a lot. Well, you know, you have gotten to play, but I really like Seattle, quite a lot.

Well, you know, you have gotten to move around a little bit, and there's a lot of offensive line

coaches are kind of like the rule changes and the practice changes.

Kind of that I'm done with this. Why do you stick with it?

Well, it's my love and my passion, I guess. Really, the best part of my day is being with the players and the meetings and practice and that type of thing.

So very tough to give up.

And you play the position as well.

What position do you play?

I guess I played everywhere, not greatly.

Spent time of center, guard, tackle, all over. How much did that experience, like,

help shape your philosophy on how you coach the position? I think quite a lot. I mean, it was obviously

a lot of years ago at this point, but, you know, one of the guys that really inspired me to

become a coach was my position coach in college.

And that's where you just, I kind of really truly fell in love with the game and the technical aspect and mentality of playing offensive line and decided I'd become a coach at that point.

And he still echoes in my head right now.

Well, you obviously have focused on zone scheme.

That's priority for you guys, wide zone. And years ago, they did change the rule about backside

blocks and that affected a lot of zone teams. How have you kind of adjusted over time?
