And here we are on Tuesday of a special week for the Seahawks offseason where the media does get access to three different

OTA practices. Yesterday was the first of those three and learned a lot. Learned a lot in that practice.

Never want to react too much to one practice and certainly the first one you see. Things change

quite a bit as time goes on.

And I will be back at the VMAC both tomorrow, Wednesday, as well as Thursday, to gather

more information.

And I'll share all of those thoughts with you along the way as we kind of learn about

this 2025 Seahawks team together.

Lots of cool stuff, lots of things that caught my attention.

I did do a quick practice report yesterday.
