Dr Brian Hongdi Gu is Xpeng Vice Chairman and President. Xpeng was founded in 2014, two years after the Launch of the Tesla Model S and it has since gone from strength to strength ever since. Dr Gu received a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Washington in 1997, a master's degree in business administration from Yale University in 1999, and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon in 1993.
