I actually, I came across you because I do the clips for Johnny and I did all your clips and posted them and clipped them up.

And you have, it goes without saying an incredible story.

You live in California, right? Yeah, I live 30 minutes from here. Awesome. And you're the author of Orange County, the Dark Side, which we have here. So if you want to tell the people, like, you know, a little elevator pitch of what this book is about and why it's important to you.

Okay. So I grew up in a pretty dysfunctional family. My dad started working a cocaine when I was 13. And eventually what

happened was, you know, I ended up running the streets and ended up with a life sentence in prison.

In that book right there, I first started writing it kind of to my daughter because I was never

getting out of prison. At one point, I never thought I was getting out, and I wanted my daughter to

kind of know everything that I went through. You know, I really kept in contact with her a lot,

but I wanted her to know from me, like my side of the story. And then I got out. You know,

they changed some laws, and by the grace of God, I was let out of prison. And I showed it to a few people. They're like, hey, you should, you should get this published. This is a great story. This is a great comeback story. And I did just that. You know, and I rewrote the ending, you know, because now I'm an electrician and, you know, how I changed my life and how I'm, you know, doing good and,

you know, grateful to be out. The book is a biography. It's all true. A portion of the money goes

to at-risk youth. You know, that's my biggest thing. I want to help kids not make the same,

you know, decisions I made and end up in trouble or get them out of trouble.
