Sheriff Mickey Stein shot and killed Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers in Kentucky.

It was all caught on video.

Steins is being sued civilly and is facing murder charges.

So what's his defense and why did he do it?

Both those questions may have the same answer.

Mickey was mentally ill.

Tonight we're hearing more from Stein's defense.

Meanwhile, Brian Walsh and his wife Anna were having issues.

Brian was being prosecuted by the feds for selling fake Andy Warhol paintings

and was on house arrest.

Anna landed a great new job and was commuting from Massachusetts to Washington, D.C. to work.

Anna also was seeing another man down in D.C.

Then Anna disappeared on New Year's.

She's never been found, but Brian Walsh says she just died.

And he disposed of her remains in a panic, although he did not kill her.

Brian is charged with Anna's murder and is on trial in Dedham,
