A beautiful mother and her twin children, a boy and a girl, living in Arkansas, until evil

struck.

Charity Bialis, 40 years old, was found shot to death alongside her six-year-old twins in

their bonanza home on December 3rd,rd 2025 just one day after her final divorce hearing

from dr randalli bialis charity had filed for divorce in march after a domestic violence incident

in which the physician choked her in front of their children family members said she feared for her life. The killings came in the

middle of a contentious custody battle and authorities have not named a suspect. Dr. Bialis,

who pleaded guilty to a related battery charge and received a suspended sentence, denies involvement

and is cooperating with investigators.

New tonight, some of the shocking details from their divorce filings.

But first, in September of 2025, conservative activist Charlie Kirk was fatally shot

while speaking at a Utah Valley University event, a sudden assassination that stunned the political world and ignited fierce national debate.

Authorities quickly identified 22-year-old Tyler Robinson of Utah as the suspect.

They charged him with aggravated murder, firearms offenses, and obstruction, and announced they

will seek the death penalty.

Robinson was captured after a brief manhunt, reportedly persuaded by his own parents

to surrender following FBI photo releases.
