When I left 25 years in corrections, not many CEOs were friends and none of them were good friends and today 10 years later I'm best friends brothers with a lot of guys that did some serious time and then when I worked as a just doing recovery groups and stuff at the local jail and stuff some of the guys I met met there that like I, whatever, I'm still, I'm good friends with them. I got their back, man. I don't, uh, I believe passion can change a life and we'll see, but I'm a perfect example of that. I know you got me as a friend too, another fella. You ain't seen nothing. You know gonna get sick of me. No, we're good with you. I love you doing Iron Man's running the Boston Marathon. I've always wanted to run a marathon, honestly. Let's roll, brother. I'm ready. I don't know if I could make the whole one, but I said that too. I started Iron Man's when I worked for corrections and I knew my career was coming to an end

and I was going to be out of work for nine months

but I said I want to do an ironman

I asked my buddy and recovery guy

and I said could I do one of those things

and he said of course you can you're fucking crazy you can do anything and I'm like I do one of those things? And he said, of course you can. You're fucking crazy. You can do anything. And I'm like, I'm afraid of water. I'm the youngest of five. My brothers used to try to drown me in a freaking cup of water if they could. But I wouldn't go in the water above my neck. And I don't know how to swim. And some of my guys taught me, my buddies and sober guys and all that.

And next thing you know, I'm banging out the laps at the pool. I can't count.
