Summary
In today's Monday Message, Emily asks her listeners, "what is limiting you or holding you back?" She addresses a few responses she got when she asked this to her Instagram followers and she gives advice to some of them. Are you struggling with work, health, family life? Do you need to seek counseling or get an accountability partner? If you know what is holding you back, what is preventing you from taking action to make progress in these areas of your life? Emily gives examples of what you can do in order to take action. But, if you don't actually have the intention to change your life, you won't take the actions necessary. Get clear with yourself, do you actually want to change?

| 1:01.0 | you need to prioritize sleep, get into a regular exercise program, put in tension behind the food |
| 1:06.5 | that you eat, read a book, and maybe invest in some therapy. So my question is, if you know exactly |
| 1:12.8 | what is holding you back, what is preventing you from taking the action to actually make progress |
| 1:18.3 | in these areas of your life? Is it not knowing how? Are you unaware of how to have proper |
| 1:24.9 | nutrition, how to have better sleep, how to be on a regular |
| 1:29.2 | exercise program. Are you literally unaware? Because if that's true, there are plenty of free |
| 1:33.4 | resources on the internet and go do your research and figure it out. If you are simply lacking |
| 1:39.7 | accountability, I highly suggest that you get accountability outside of yourself. If you're sitting here on |
| 1:45.6 | Instagram answering this question, then it kind of shows me that you're aware of what you need to do. |
| 1:50.2 | You're simply not doing it. So identify within yourself. Why are you not doing the things that |
| 1:55.5 | you know you need to be doing? And this is not a sarcastic question. It is an intentional question to get you to answer it, because |
