0:00.0	Hello, everyone and welcome to the Evolve at the Emily Show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden,
0:17.7	and we are on episode 97, I believe it is, of the show. I feel like it was just
0:23.5	yesterday that I was recording that first one saying, I finally press the button. I press the
0:28.5	record button and here I am doing it. You know, fast forward two years later. And now we're almost
0:33.8	at the 100th episode, which I do have something very special planned for the 100th episode
0:38.8	of the show. It's kind of like a big milestone for anyone into podcasting or really anything,
0:45.1	honestly, to be able to do something for a hundred different times. There's a lot of work
0:49.9	and behind the scenes effort that goes on into that. And one thing that I think has been really cool throughout this whole journey of starting
0:56.8	this podcast is, you know, it started as this desire to connect more deeply with my audience.
1:04.4	I wanted to have such a longer-form platform to be able to really speak to you guys
1:09.1	and also let you be able to hear my voice.
1:11.8	It's one thing to see a photo on Instagram and read their caption in your own voice and
1:17.4	it's another thing to hear it directly from them. So this is kind of, it's been an outlet for me
1:22.7	almost, a way for me to really just get my message across and in such a direct way. It's also started
1:29.1	to open up into such an incredible platform where I can connect with other like-minded people
1:34.5	and interview other people. You guys have noticed in the last few episodes, they've been
1:38.7	interviews about all sorts of different topics. And that's definitely more of the direction of where I want to take the show moving forward
1:46.0	because I think there are so many amazing thought leaders out there that I want to connect
1:51.7	with and just life experience that's been had that could really help us all.
