The first thing that I want you to do is take time today to ground yourself. Ground yourself in any

way that you can. This looks like just getting really, really still and just sitting with

yourself. Maybe you're outside. Maybe you actually take your shoes off and literally touch the

ground to really ground yourself. Whatever you have to do, maybe you put on a little meditation

background and you just sit there and take some deep breaths. Go ahead and do that and ground yourself

to the present moment. And maybe this is something you do right after this episode. So if so, go ahead and
