And you are listening to my new series called Inspired by You, where we take an entire episode to be inspired by you, the listeners. The idea for this series came about because everywhere else in the podcast world, we see experts interviewing other experts. And I'm so thankful for technology today and having

direct access to some incredible people and information. But being a lifestyle podcast that is focused on

personal growth and development in all areas of life, I know that it's not just the so-called

experts that have something great to offer. I also know that sometimes, for the people

listening who feel like they're on step one or step five, it can be really hard to relate to somebody

who seems to be on step 75 and appears to have it all together in perfectly formulated sentences.

I wanted to give an opportunity to share the stories that aren't necessarily being told.

These are the people who may not be considered experts in their field and may not have huge

social media followings, but I see as equally as valuable and important in what they have to

offer. I fully believe that there is something great deep inside of every single person. And I see this as my opportunity to offer. I fully believe that there is something great deep inside of every single person.

And I see this as my opportunity to help bring it out in the everyday people who are doing the

work to constantly evolve into the next best version of themselves, all while inspiring you,

Thank you so much for having me. Of course. This is honestly such a special interview for me.

I know I probably touched on it a little bit in the intro, but it's actually

so special because I am thinking right now back to that moment when I traveled to Colorado and we

met for the first time. And I remember just in the group of girls that met up that you were brave

enough to share your story. And I was like, oh my gosh, like that is so beautiful and

that's going to impact so many. And you share just like your passions with me and what you want to do

with your story and how you want to make an impact of it. And I knew in that moment that you and I were

connected in some way. And now I think it's so cool to see it come full circle to where today you get to share your story with people from literally all over the world.
