Summary

Let go. Two words that I am constantly reminding myself of these days, but in a positive way. We get to let go, we get to surrender to the process, we get to recognize when we should look inward and focus on our heart's condition. What is your heart telling you during trying times, how is it acting as a compass to guide you to your truest self and fullest potential?

Hello, everyone, and welcome to The Evolve with Emily Show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden, and I just finished a cardio session, and I felt like I had something on my heart to share. I didn't even really know what it was. And so I just put my headphones on and I pressed record. I actually didn't even intro. So I'm introing right now after the podcast episode. But this one was definitely meant for somebody to hear. So listen up, turn the radio up,

0:23.7

and let's get into it. So I just finished my morning cardio session.

0:41.9

And at the end of the session, I'm just like jamming out to my feelsy good music and just like dancing on the bike by myself.

0:48.9

You know, just like totally in my feels, feeling so much just like happiness and purpose and drive and mission and like this

0:56.7

hunger inside of me to go after the things in my life and I'm a driven person I feel like I'm

1:03.4

always driven no matter what but sometimes life circumstances can dampen that hunger and they can

1:10.5

dampen the vision they can dampen even the

1:13.4

motivation the drive even the discipline and it just it's it makes it extra hard to do those things

1:19.7

and I think in those times it's important to just stay disciplined and know that you don't have to

1:25.0

rely on motivation you don't have to rely on seeing the vision so

1:28.2

clearly, you just simply have to have discipline. But sometimes in life, I think our life circumstances

1:34.5

truly are so much that what we have to do is we have to completely just surrender and we have to

1:41.6

accept what is currently going on in our lives what is our current state

1:45.8

and we have to let go we have to let go of trying to control everything we have to let go of

1:50.8

trying to make things fit into a pattern of what we want to happen for our lives and we have to

1:56.7

simply accept like what is the current circumstance of my life right now and how do I as a human

2:02.3

as a being as a soul how do I need to walk through this right now so for myself I know that you know

2:08.1

when I go through really really difficult things like let's say like heartbreak because unfortunately

2:13.2

and unfortunately everyone deals with it but you know no one really wants to deal with that and it's

2:17.8

something that's really difficult that everybody deals with you know and so for myself being such a

2:22.4

i'm such a heart centered person that i put my entire heart into everything that i do and i it makes it

2:31.1

really difficult when my heart is hurting so badly to be able to do that in all other
