Making time, more specifically making stillness, is necessary nowadays more than ever. Playfulness has become all but lost in our lives and is so powerful to our overall quality of life - laughter truly is the best medicine. These tips and several others are what I spend time discussing on today's podcast and how we can create or improve our self-love routine.
