Life is GOOD! But... life is busy. Whether it is due to travel, crazy work schedules, social life, passion projects, training, dieting - all the things add up very quickly! Here is an honest look into all the things in myĀ life currently and how I have been able to recognize overwhelm and anxiety cues, best practices to work through them, and how to best prepare for them in the future. Hello everybody and welcome to the Evolve with Emily's show. I'm your host, Emily Hayden. Thank you all so much for joining me for today's episode. I am excited to dive in. I first just want to

0:22.3

update you guys a little bit. So I recently took a trip to Toronto, Canada, and I was there

0:27.6

traveling with icon meals. I was booked for a speaking event, and then I also shot a magazine cover.

0:35.2

Yay! Audience applause. I was really excited about that. It's actually my

0:39.8

second cover, but the first cover was in Italy, so part of me is like, does it count because it

0:45.1

wasn't here in like the US? But anyways, regardless, it was my second magazine cover and

0:51.0

definitely feels like an accomplishment for me, So I'm really proud of that and really

0:55.8

excited for it. I remember being a little girl. I would look at the fitness magazines that were in

fitness magazines. And I remember being just so inspired and so just, I don't know, taken back by the women on the covers.

1:13.5

And I remember even like as a young girl thinking to myself, I don't think I said out loud back then.

1:18.3

I don't know.

1:18.7

I got to ask dad.

1:19.7

But I remember thinking to myself, man, I really want to be one of those women one day.

1:23.5

Like I just remember being so small and thinking to myself, like, this can definitely be me one day.

1:30.2

And I don't know. It's just cool because I think back on that memory and I'm like, wow, now it's a

1:34.8

reality, you know, and it's just, it's really cool. So I don't know, I felt like that would be

1:39.7

cool to share with you guys because it's something that I've kind of envisioned for a long time. So still definitely really cool for me. The speaking gig went great. Thank you guys to everybody that came out for it.

1:49.8

I really appreciate, you know, the support and getting to meet everyone in Toronto is amazing.

1:54.3

Toronto is one of my favorite cities. I kind of say that it's like the cleaner version of New York

2:00.0

in a sense, except people are like way more

2:02.3

friendly. Even though I do love New York and I do love the East Coast vibe and I love like the, you know,
