written by fede alvarez and rhodos sigaeges starring jane levy shiloh fernandez lew

taylor pucci jess Lucas, and Elizabeth Blackmore.

This movie is, of course, a remake or a soft reboot, technically, of the Evil Dead from 1981.

And in this movie, five friends staying at an isolated cabin in an attempt to help their friend quit her drug habit cold turkey

stumble upon an evil force that wants to feast on their souls and we didn't announce it in

our quarantine episode but ashtvin and i kind of decided to do a remake may remade make some

sort of pun about it and do entirely post-2000s probably remakes this month, but I think I've already failed this because this is a reboot, I guess.

What do you, yeah, I'm interested in the terms because there's remake, there's a soft reboot, is what you said, or a hard reboot?

I mean, what's the difference between all these?

What is the difference between all these things?

You know, it gets a little granular and I don't know.

A remake is just starting over pretending the first movie never happened.

And a reboot is we're starting the franchise off. The first one still happened, but it's not necessarily like a direct sequel
