Well, today we're going to start a study which really fascinates me.

We're talking about, actually we're entering into a series here on dualism this idea that there are two realities,

one which is visible, material, physical, and the other one which is an invisible,

immaterial, spiritual realm which exists right alongside or as part of our reality

and is unseen so for the most part we either have a tendency to ignore it altogether. Maybe some of us spend too much

time thinking about it, but this is a concept called dualism that we want to engage and

think about because as we talk to our friends about our beliefs as

Christians we're going to find ourselves having to make a couple of cases.

Let's face it all worldviews have some things that are foundational.

And if you can remove those foundations,

the worldview that it doesn't hold up.

And we find ourselves trying to defend something

which no longer has a foundational premise and therefore

we're kind of like kind of foolish and we probably are foolish if there are no foundations for our

beliefs. I give you an example. Let's say somebody could prove to you

without a shadow of a doubt that Jesus never lived. He never existed. He's a

figment of our imagination. If that could be demonstrated and there are people
