0:10.0	significantly decrease. So I think the best option for you is IVF. I'm literally being told
0:17.9	that like I have no other options. one of the scariest things that I could ever
0:23.7	imagine like going on that journey is about to happen like I'm going to have to step into something
0:28.6	that like I did not choose to step into and it's a lot of information that's coming at me and I haven't
0:34.5	even had time to process that I just had a chemical pregnancy.
0:39.2	Oh, this is awful.

0:43.3	There are a lot of stats out there on fertility issues. And I mean, of course there would be
0:48.4	because the health care system has money for things they can stand to make money off of.
0:52.1	But anyways, in preparation of this episode, I combed through a lot of studies,
0:56.0	and here's one stat that really stood out to me.
0:58.0	For women in their 30s, one in five will experience problems conceiving their first child.
1:03.0	And I felt this because not only did I feel this as someone who had kids in their 30s,
1:08.0	but I hear this almost daily from the lived experiences
1:11.7	from friends and family who are in the reality of being that one out of five. For example,
