Summary
Episode 99: In this episode, I sit down with Co Founder and CEO of OneSkin, Carolina Reis Oliveira, to dive into the science of aging and the future of skincare. We break down the role of peptides in keeping skin healthy, uncover common skincare misconceptions that might be holding you back, and explore the fascinating world of “zombie cells” also known as senescent cells, that accelerate aging. We also talk about what actually works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to slowing down skin aging, and how OneSkin is leading the charge in creating products that don’t just cover up issues, but target skin health at the cellular level.
Whether you’re a skincare enthusiast, or you’re just curious about the science of longevity, this conversation will give you a new perspective on how to think about your skin! I hope you love this episode and find it as educational as I did!
