Four astronauts.

Americans read Wiseman, Victor Glover and Christina Cook,

plus Canadian Jeremy Hanson,

now hold the record for the furthest humans have ever travelled from our planet.

We most importantly choose this moment to challenge this generation and in the next

to make sure this record is not long lived.

We've been eagerly watching their progress,

the Artemis 2 mission proving a welcome distraction from Earth-based events.

But President Trump still found a slot in his schedule to dial in for a chat with the crew.

If you have the time, I will certainly find the time.

I've been pretty busy also, as you know, but I will absolutely find the time and we'll get together.

And I'm going to be giving you a big salute on behalf of the American people and beyond that.

They've experienced tech malfunctions, views like no other,

and moments of intense emotion, all in under 10 days.

So as the crew of Artemis II make their way home,

we're looking at how the mission has

unfolded and what it means for getting boots back on the moon.
