Today, we're going to talk about your mindset as a dynamic lens. Your first mindset shift is you

understand it's a dynamic lens. You don't have a growth mindset. You don't

have a fixed mindset. Those are concepts, but they're dynamic. Even they're not real, right? You can

adjust them. They're on a spectrum. You can shift them and shape them. They're not forever types of

things. They can be developed and there's a bigger spectrum than just those things. Often people think it's just one thing. I'm like, it's not. There's a dynamic lens to which you perceive the world. So let's, what are we perceiving? Let's draw out your lens. I want you to do this in your notes. I need you to have this forever. Okay? So we're just going to put you here.
