that in a moment but first let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Yes. Okay, so I'd like to start by sharing a poem with you by the poet Hafiz.

And it's called Now Is the Time.

As always with these poems, see if you can listen with all the senses.

There's no experience you need to have, no interpretation you need to make.

Just let it land and receive it however it does.

Now is the time.

Now is the time to know that all that you do is sacred.

Now, why not consider a lasting truce with yourself and God?

Now is the time to understand that all your ideas of right and wrong were just a child's

training wheels to be laid aside when you can finally live with veracity and love.

Now it's the time for the world to know that every thought and action is sacred, that this is the time for you to compute the impossibility

that there is anything but grace. Now is the season to know that everything you do is sacred.

So just notice what comes up for you around this.

I really like the idea of everything that we do is sacred.

Or I think another way to look at that is each moment is sacred or to view each moment as sacred.

What would it be like if you really dropped into this moment of your life, the sanctity of this moment?
