| 0:39.3 | Like, it just gives us this little notification system to say, hey, there's something here |
| 0:43.9 | if you care to look at it. So recently, I had a really good experience, a very positive and |
| 0:50.4 | happy experience. And after leaving that experience, I then very quickly experienced |
| 0:56.4 | sadness. And it didn't make any sense because the interaction was very good and very positive |
| 1:01.6 | that I was confused as to where the sadness was coming from. But one thing that I've really |
| 1:07.5 | learned to do is to not judge what's happening and also not discredit |
| 1:11.8 | what's happening and to actually give yourself the space to get curious and observe what's happening, |
| 1:19.6 | right? So a practice that I'll do is I'll get out my journal and I'll just write down, |
| 1:24.3 | okay, what actually happened? What is it that I'm feeling? |
| 1:28.5 | And then I start asking myself a series of questions, |
| 1:31.4 | just one by one, different questions that come up. |
| 1:35.1 | So for me, I was able to recognize that the sadness actually was fear. |
