who is actually on the road going up to, I believe, South Dakota for LFA to announce some fights on Friday for, like I said, LFA,

which you could find on UFC Fight Pass and then

he will be in town Saturday to announce fights with me and I'm really stoked to have our guest back on

the show I asked him you know before we went on hey you know how you doing what you've been up to

this guy has been I mean not only is you the head of this fight promotion caged aggression he

is clearly a fighter himself as we've all been trying to make our way, make the best

of what that we can with this COVID situation.

And again, he is Mike Goodwin.

He's the L. Hefe over at Caged Degression MMA, where we have a jam packed, the largest

card in Caged aggression history going on this coming up weekend, Friday, September the 11th, where I will be announcing that card with former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver.

And then Saturday, like I said, Pat will be back in town from Sioux South Dakota to announce the second night of this jam pack card.
