Gladwell's politics are wack, but his writings are good.

And the basis of The Tipping Point was he wanted

to understand how do movements take hold?

How do ideas germinate and spread?

Because there's lots of ideas, and they never get off the ground.

And it might be the George Foreman Grill.

What do you think about the fact?

George Foreman made over $200 million on the George Foreman Grill.

He had made $60 million when they paid him out $137 million.

And one plug at one time, rather than take it for the rest.

And they're betting that they're going to make more than that.

And he's betting they're going to make less than that.

And he won his money now.

But how did the George Foreman Grill somehow surpass every

other household item like that?
