Someone wrote in to Joel Goldsmith asking, would you please explain in your own words

the statement, when we can look at a problem without running from it or struggling against

it, this very problem ceases to exist.

And before I read his very profound response, like I love a good Q&A, and I love Joel's Q&A

response, but this is the only one that saved to my phone.

I founded a few years back.

So before I read it, I want you to come into that place inside that's already relaxed.

To breathe into that place that's already at peace and become one with that.

Fill your shoulders, come down and fill your stomach, release, and fill your face,

smile, because you're back in love as love.

You always have this choice.

Most moments you are making the other choice, but those moments don't matter.

It's not really about how long you stay in love as love.

It's about how often you remember to come back.

And you've come back again.

And every time you come back and make this contact with love with God, every time you

remember this union, you're setting something into motion, something somewhere, some seeming

event, some divine meeting.

A seed has been planted.

A seed from which your new life will grow.
