Summary

This week, Pastor Louie Giglio wants us to broaden the lens through which we see our God. After all, in order to have a right view of our lives, we have to have a right view of God. To know that there is a deeper level of spirituality that we have access to because our God is calling us into. His name is Elohim, El Olam, the everlasting and eternal God. He is before all and after all and yet He is in the details of your life, there for every moment. The God you can know knows you, and He loves you.

0:27.0	I was sitting at my desk a few days ago and I just had to get up at one point and say,
0:33.0	I need to go walk outside for a minute because my brain is hurting right now and my mind is blown.
0:40.0	Isn't that awesome? You ever just reading the Word of God or spending time with Jesus
0:45.0	or sitting in church and you're just like, okay, I need a little break right now?
0:50.0	Because I'm not like looking at God in a snow globe, I'm actually going up the Mount Everest of God
0:58.0	and I need to accolimate for a minute. I need to get back down to an altitude where I can breathe
1:03.0	and then I'll come back up and take another step or two in knowing God.
1:07.0	Anybody on that journey with me know what I'm talking about when I'm saying that.
1:11.0	We talked about last week how art galleries have benches, why?
1:14.0	Because art is supposed to be appreciated, not checked off a list.
1:19.0	Another way of looking at it, I discovered this week that since 1950, some of us were around in the 1950s
1:26.0	to present tense time, the dinner plate in America has radically changed.
1:33.0	1950s and 1960s, the average dinner plate in America was nine inches across.
1:39.0	So that's like a salad plate right now. That's like we're just getting started good.
1:45.0	That's like, wow, what's coming next? The dinner plate was nine inches.
1:49.0	You can put about 800 calories worth of food on it if you piled it full of food.
1:54.0	By 2000, the average dinner plate in America was 10 inches across to 11 inches across.
