Both members of the Biden Administration and the incoming Trump Administration are in Doha trying to work out a ceasefire and hostage exchange between Israel and Hamas. has never been closer. All sides feel a deal is closer than ever with a framework that would exchange hostages for a six-week ceasefire. Meanwhile, fighting in Gaza continues, the IDF announced at least five soldiers were killed in fighting in Northern Gaza and a drone launched from Yemen was intercepted.
