My name is Andrew Spade, and I'm joined by a special guest today.

I'm joined by Scott de Benedetto, who worked as a scout for the Browns for a while. And so I want

to welcome in, Scott, and thank you for joining us. Tell the folks a little bit about your background.

Yeah, yeah, thanks for having me on, Andrew. Appreciate it. Yeah, so I was with the team in the building from, you know, 2016 to through the

2022 season.

So the spring of 23 was when I left.

I worked from home, like, you know, after college before getting hired full time in

2016 for three years.

It was the, you know, the very beginning of the whole like data analytics research project

did that from home for three years and then got hired full-time, you know, as a scouting assistant

and, you know, was in scouting department, you know,

and did a little bit of work with the coaching staff for a couple years when Kevin Sopansky

took over. So, yeah, I've been through, you know, a lot with the team. I, you know, went through

the, oh, and 31 and now then the, you know, the playoff year in 20 you know beating the

Steelers and you know then you know since have been obviously paying attention you know since

not being with the team anymore and you know getting to here so and then you know since

leaving the team I kind of stayed football you know, NFL adjacent, been doing some writing for

a couple different sites and some podcast appearances. So, you know, it's been fun in trying to get,
