I am And Donna Dayani, creator and co-founder of the nonpartisan movement, I am a voter.

So Mondana and I are best friends and were constantly sending each other

inspiring stories of people around the world who are doing incredible things.

And then one day we realize something. Most of them had no intention of becoming heroes.

They just knew they had to do something and did it.

So after months and months of research into these accidental activists, we created our list of the 20 dissenters who

blew us away.

Based on Ruth Bader Ginsburg's iconic I descent slogan, A dissenter is someone who stood up to an injustice or

challenged the status quo, someone who fought to build a better way.

This week we speak with the incredible Eva Longoria. In addition to her wildly successful career as an actor,

she is preparing to direct two major feature films and runs her own production company, Unbelievable Entertainment.

She is a master's degree in Chicano Studies and Political Science and is one of the most vocal

advocates for Latinos around the world.
