Tesla's boss Elon Musk has, has once again one approval for a pay packet that would make

even other U.S. CEOs look miserly by comparison.

The incentive plan originally valued at up to $56 billion is a reminder of just how much leeway some bosses on the other side of the Atlantic get, much to the chagrin of the European peers.
