Hello, it's really frustrating and I'm sure there's a way to just disable that but then

I'm concerned I will never ever be physically active again and I do like it when it

rewards me for taking the dogs out and doing some level of exercise. But yeah, the three different times during that game when it told me to go for a walk, I couldn't really make that happen. The couple of times it told me to breathe, I did appreciate, because it did generally correspond with when I was overly excited about something happening on the screen. It is my fruit-based device. I wear a pair on my wrist. I think I turned off the breathe notifications after a while because I think they made me more stressed knowing that I'd missed it.
