I read from the Financial Times reporting in these last days.

Anthony Blaken, Secretary of State, said virtually every ally at a NATO meeting of foreign

ministers in Prague raised the issue of, quote, the Kremlin intensifying its hybrid attacks

against frontline states.

NATO members, setting fire and sabotaging supply warehouses,

disregarding sea borders, mounting more and more cyber attacks continuing to spread

disinformation. That last bit is about attacking the Paris Olympics with

bad information. We welcome Theresa Fallon. She is in Europe to help us

understand this story and the rate of level of alarm that may or may not be

accurate.

She is director of the Center for Russia, Europe, Asia studies.

Teresa, I was surprised to read this in the FT

because that is not an alarm bell newspaper.

That is as dry as the Sahara Desert especially in the voice of

the avantine blinking about directing malign attacks against the Paris Olympics.

As Europe responded or is it too distracted

by the European Union vote?
