Ethiopia's Amhara militia says resettlement plan beats war drum, that's in

quotes. Leaders of a militia in Ethiopia's Amharah region accused the

administration, that's out of Sababa, that's the prime minister, in neighboring

Tia, and accused the administration in neighboring Tikra as well as in Addis Abba, of beating a war drum over plans to return hundreds of thousands of Tigrayans

to territories on horror fighters captured during a civil war.

What I understand Gregory is the central government wants to under return the POWs if I understand

this correctly to Tigray and the Amhara who are in competition with the Tigray say that that is inviting more civil war is that what they're saying beat the war drums?

Well yes in fact what what the Amhara militia the Fano militia groups are saying is that the central government of

Prime Minister Abbey in concert with the old Tigray Popular Liberation Front

which which used to control Tigray Popular Liberation Front, which used to control Tigray Province.

And it's talking about putting these quote refugees and former PAW's back in Amhara territory. Now this was Amhara territory which had been

occupied by the TPLF during the earlier Civil War which ended in November

2022 but basically the Civil War, which ended in November 2022.
