It's the late show's hot show with Stephen Colberg.

A lot of it there, that's Ethan Hawke, Ethan, you know, I really enjoy it when you come

on the show.

I think we have a very interesting conversations and you are both an actor and a movie star

who shares of himself in intimate ways that not everybody is willing to do when they're

on panel.

Are you comfortable sharing yourself with the public?

It gets easier.

It's easier just to be honest.

It's just to tell the truth and let the chips fall where they make it just seems to work better.

One of the things I respect about you, but for as much as you've done that, for as much

as you've done that, we never talk for more than, say, like, 12 to 15 minutes at a pop and

it's hard for me to truly plumb the depths of anyone, even someone as good as I am to plumb

the depths of somebody that quickly, put my dipstick in and count your oil level.

Which is why.

I'm getting uncomfortable.

Well, that's what I mean.

Sharing of yourself can sometimes become uncomfortable.
