with whom he made Training Day in 2001 for a remake of the Magnificent Seven which will hit theaters

in September and today born to be, an unconventional biopick in which he

Hawk has been in the business since he was a kid, appearing in movies ranging from Dead Poets, Society, and Reality Bites, to

Gattica, and Before the Devil Knows You're Dead.

He's a four-time Oscar nominee, twice for acting, for Training Day, and for Boyhood, and twice for writing for
