This is the case against Brian Walsh,

a jury of six men and six women. They went over 3.5, 3.5 hours in the deliberation

room today before they said, we want to go home. And they did not reach a verdict, but they

did have a question. Walsh's fate still in their hands. Will they find that he premeditated the murder of his wife, Anna?

Or will they agree with the defense that there's no evidence that he did the killing?
