Hey everyone, this is Mary DeMuth and this is Pray Every Day, where I have the joy and the privilege of praying you through the Bible verse by verse.

So humbled and thankful to be here today. And I just want to pray for someone that battles migraines.

I have a friend named Gary who battles them and I often will think of him whenever I have a slight headache because I know his are really hard.

So Jesus, I do lift up Gary to you and anyone else who's been suffering from migraines. I pray for deliverance.

I pray for new medications to be developed.

I pray for empathetic doctors.

I pray for a way through that helps it become more manageable.

Lord, if they've ever felt like you've

forsaken them in this very difficult time, I pray that your presence would be very evident.

This week, you'd send a friend or a loved one their way to remind them that you see them

and that you're for them. I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen. All right, today we're finishing up the book of Esther.

For Mordecai, the Jew was next to King Ahasuras and great among the Jews and accepted by the multitude of his brothers, seeking the good of his people, and speaking peace to all his descendants.

Mind if I pray for you. Lord, I just today attended a memorial service, a funeral, and I felt like these words written of Mordecai could have been written by my friend

and all sorts of things. But really, that's what it's like. That's what we're called to do. We're to

love you with all of our hearts, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.

And that, to me, is such a hard mandate, but it is a truth and it is reality.
