So okay, I know yesterday we were talking about the four essential universal compost ingredients.

Oxygen doesn't really feel like a tangible thing that you can add, because you know,

half of you grab handfuls of it added into your compost pile, but actually as a compost

created, you can add it in.

So that through a number of methods, turning your compost is really crucial.

If things, I always like to say your nose knows when it's time to turn your compost.

If things are a little bit stinky, that's a sign that anaerobic bacteria are taking over.

So it's a really important, important at that point to get in there with a pitchfork, to
